OPCC Facilities Officer - Basingstoke - HC620993

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Officer to help us deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse police estate. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Requirements

• Carrying out general building maintenance and compliance checks
• Engaging with building users to promote good practices and prevent deterioration
• Recording defects using our digital maintenance platform
• Supporting relocations, refurbishments, and decommissioning projects
• Supervising contractors and ensuring safe working practices
• Maintaining postal services and supporting facilities management coverage across core hours
• Ensuring health & safety and statutory compliance across multiple sites
