Senior Director, FP&A – Global Media and Marketing

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and performance management for Global Media and Marketing investments and Commercial Operating Expenses. This role will serve as the primary FP&A business partner to Marketing, Commercial, and Finance for resource allocation and investment decisions to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a strong background in Marketing and/or Commercial Finance
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong understanding of media metrics, marketing ROI, and commercial operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Tableau) is a plus
