Job Description
We are seeking a Transport Supervisor to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our transport fleet. The role involves driver management, compliance checks, route planning, record keeping, and supporting the team. This is a hands-on position with no two days being the same, requiring a proactive and organised individual.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a transport compliance or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of transport legislation and operator licence requirements.
- Experience managing or working closely with drivers.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Vehicle routing and geographical knowledge.
- 45 hour working week
