Job Description
Shearers is a privately held snack food producer leading co-manufacturer and distributor. They prioritize quality, growth, and continuous improvement within a Lean environment. The Operations Supervisor role focuses on ensuring a safe and high-quality product, managing employees, and driving operational efficiency through performance monitoring and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 4 year degree in a related field (food science, operations management, engineering, or equivalent)
- 2-5 years of experience in a production, operations management, or supervision role in the food processing industry
- Bilingual skills (Spanish & English preferred)
