Job Description
This is a variety pack line lead role for the afternoon shifts (250pm to 11pm Thursday to Monday). The position requires proficiency in safety, GMP regulations, and troubleshooting. The Line Leader is expected to support team members, meet quality and production goals, and be a key extension of the Supervisor/Trainer. This is a work-in-progress role offering a flexible schedule and various benefits.
Requirements
- One (1) year of applicable leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to escalate challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
