Job Description
The Variety Pack Line Leader assists the Supervisor in daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient work practices within the warehouse. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, training team members, coordinating activities, and analyzing production issues. The successful candidate will be a team member and a contributor to the department.
Requirements
- One (1) year of applicable leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to escalate challenges effectively
- Flexibility and availability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Proficiency in various processes and equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime
