Job Description
Coordinates linkages to care for urgent care patients, communicates with patients/families and clinical providers, and functions as liaison between community referral sources and Psychiatric Urgent Care providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Rehabilitation or related field of study.
- For internal candidates, high school diploma plus an additional 3 year of relevant internal experience may be considered as a substitute for a bachelor's degree.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, referral sources and co-workers, sometimes under stressful circumstances.
