Job Description
Provide 24-hour operational management of the unit, manage expense budget(s), and respond to changes in patient acuity and census. Utilize clinical expertise in direct patient care, staff development, and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least 2 years of progressively more responsible inpatient psychiatric nursing experience
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland
