Job Description
Oversees or shares oversight of hospital-wide nursing services during evening, night or weekend shifts. Reviews shift reports, makes rounds, and institutes appropriate actions when needed. Provides input into performance appraisal and competency assessment of nursing staff.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited program of nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Maryland
- At least 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience
- At least 2 years in an inpatient environment
