Job Description
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Management and Sales Internship for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2023, providing hands-on experience in the retail environment and offering insights into management, sales, and store operations. Interns will work with a Sales Representative and be provided with training, team projects, and mentorship. This program is designed to give candidates a comprehensive learning experience.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
- Maintain displays and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Restock shelves and support visual merchandising.
- Assist with transactions, product prep/mixing, and store upkeep.
- Attend training and follow store policies.
