Job Description
Do you want to play an integral role in a dynamic organization? We are looking for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) who wants to assist our organization. The right candidate will enjoy learning new tasks and taking on a variety of responsibilities while working in an up-beat, nonprofit environment.
Requirements
- Provide direct instruction and support with clients and staff to implement the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Facilitate and guide community and on-site based activities, routines, schedules, lesson and behavior support plans
- Implement, record, graph and help maintain progress on all components of the Individual Education/Service Plan (IEP/ISP)
- Maintain RBT certification and track supervised hours
- Foster and promote a cooperative working climate
