Job Description
Shift Paradigm is seeking a Sr. Demand Marketing Manager to drive demand and growth marketing. This role involves creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, translating strategy into actionable plans, and owning the marketing funnel from messaging to optimization. It's a hands-on position with the freedom to build, test, and scale campaigns. The ideal candidate will be strategic, comfortable working across functions, and interested in experimenting with AI and automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven ability to build and optimize demand generation programs
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, analytics, and RevOps alignment
- Hands-on experience running multi-channel marketing programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
