Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, prototype, and test hardware for our personal mobility shoes, Moonwalkers. The role involves creating reliable designs, simulating components using FEA, working with manufacturing and assembly processes (DFM/DFA), and collaborating with software and electrical engineers. The company emphasizes speed, efficiency, and innovative design.
Requirements
- BS/MS/Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years of FEA experience
- 2+ years of CAD proficiency
- Experience with scalable designs and prototyping
- Experience with mechanical modeling and testing
- Experience with manufacturing and assembly
- Project management and planning skills
