This role will handle a diverse array of incidents and issues, but should always focus on solving for clarity, thoroughness, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in employee relations, as a claims analyst, or in an investigatory role
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-driven
• Ability to work closely with all areas of the company
• Highly organized
• Independent
