Job Description

They are seeking a Supply Associate to manage worker supply, ensuring high-quality partners are available to fill shifts for customers. This role involves data analysis, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive worker engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Design, launch, and own initiatives to grow worker supply
- Analyze the end-to-end worker funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Leverage data and analytics tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, and internal dashboards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Competencies: Self-starter, results driven, problem solver, and data driven
