Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will oversee various aspects of asset management, including business planning, leasing, capital/project management, valuation, acquisition, disposition, and portfolio management. The role will be based in the Oakland, CA office and will report to the client. The Asset Manager will work with a team to manage the client's investments and provide strategic decision-making. The position requires experience in asset management and a strong understanding of the light industrial real estate sector.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in asset management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, real estate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
