Associate, Logistics Customer Management

This Associate Role in Logistics Customer Management will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing last-mile logistics operations, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• Identify new business opportunities for the 3pl logistics product market in Thailand.
• Be accountable for increasing sales pipeline and new client acquisition.
• Manage day-to-day operation of logistics last mile issues.
• Identify prospect’s objectives to craft solutions that meet or exceed client goals.
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers.
• Act as customer service for logistics issues, marketplace.
• Willingness to travel as required
