HR Generalist

This HR Generalist role involves providing full human resources support including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training, and development. Responsibilities also include administering performance appraisals, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR policies. The role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing and open-minded
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability preferred
