Provide quality service to guests during dining experience, executing proper service standards, creating well-prepared cocktails, and possessing a strong knowledge base of wine and food.
Requirements
- Set up a mobile bar in a timely and complete manner
- Communicate effectively with and receive information from guests and team members
- Ability to functionally multi-task while maintaining a high degree of organization and remaining detailed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of wine, liquors, cocktails and mixers
- Ability to carry on multiple conversations while mixing drinks, and using a POS system
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to lift supplies or equipment of 30#s or more
