Job Description
MEMBER SERVICES ATTENDANT is responsible for ensuring member and guest satisfaction at 5-Star/4-Diamond service levels. This role focuses on recreation equipment, fitness center maintenance, transportation, concierge services, and hospitality. The position involves providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining club facilities.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome members in accordance with Forbes level of service
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities and parks
- Assist members with outdoor activities
