Job Description
Our client is seeking a hands-on Flatbed Division Accountant to manage the day-to-day operational accounting activities of its flatbed trucking division, focusing on expense control, invoicing, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (transport or logistics experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of invoicing, expense control, and reconciliations
- Experience managing high-volume operational transactions
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
