Job Description
Our client, a company within the Mining industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support accounting and financial management activities within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Prior experience using Tally accounting software is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Tanzanian tax and statutory requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong integrity and confidentiality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
