Job Description
We're building a brand new QA function in IT, and we need a leader to make it happen! As Manager, IT Quality Assurance, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our global systems run smoothly, reliably, and with top-tier quality.
Requirements
- Develops and implements QA strategies, processes, standards, and metrics to ensure high-quality IT deliverables.
- Works with IT Leaders to ensure comprehensive quality assurance processes are integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle in alignment with global standards and practices.
- Leads, mentors, and develops a team of IT test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Works closely with cross functional teams including development and operations to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
- Stays current with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices, and implements ongoing improvements to enhance the QA function.
