Job Description
Webook.com is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance process for their software development projects. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality software meets requirements and fulfilling functional and non-functional requirements, leading a team of QA engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Proven experience in a QA management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience in managing and leading a team of QA engineers
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with defect tracking and management tools, such as JIRA
