Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, or material recovery preferred
• Proven leadership or team lead experience required
• Forklift experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance with NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) standards and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements
