Job Description
SIDES is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist proficient in German and English. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, technical support for their POS and e-commerce software, coordination with internal teams, and training customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the software or IT sector
- Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure, online hardware and networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and exceed customer needs
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
