Job Description
We're looking for a Talent Operations Lead to join our team at Siena, a company that's creating an operating system of AI agents for customer experience. As a Talent Operations Lead, you'll own recruiting as we scale, closing great hires while building systems that let us move faster. You'll partner with hiring managers, use AI and automation to streamline screening and scheduling, and build evaluation frameworks and scorecards to assess talent consistently.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in recruiting, talent operations, or people ops
- At least 2 years in startup or high-growth environments
- Track record of closing 30+ hires/year while improving process
- Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse)
- AI-native mindset: you already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily to accelerate your work
- Automation fluency: you've built workflow automations using no-code platforms
- Comfortable hiring remotely and globally
