Job Description
As an Assistant General Manager at Signature Aviation, you will be a vital part of the base leadership team, responsible for the delivery of exceptional service to guests, residents, and flight crews. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service during staff absences, and maintaining high standards of service and security. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Oversee business functions of the PAT.
- Collaborate with General Manager in maintaining business and developing new business.
- Ensure compliance with all airport rules and regulations.
- Manage and direct activities of subordinates.
- Lead team operations safely and efficiently.
- Perform ramp operations and maintain GSE and facility maintenance.
