Job Description
As an Assistant General Manager for Signature Aviation's private aviation terminal, you will oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional service to guests, residents, and crew. This role involves coordinating operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing teams, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience. Flexibility and a hands-on leadership style are essential.
Requirements
- Oversee all business functions of the PAT.
- Collaborate with General Manager.
- Manage and direct activities of subordinate leaders and team members.
- Lead and manage team performance.
- Provide onsite business development support.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Signature’s facilities and services.
