Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in hands-on mechanical design and development
• Proficiency in CAD software, 2D/3D modeling, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, design for manufacturing
• Proven track record of leading teams of projects successfully
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and mentorship
• Ability to write and speak in English
