SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team. This role focuses on creating high-quality traditional and modern Middle Eastern sweets and desserts, maintaining consistency, and contributing to new product development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Arabic confectionery techniques and a strong understanding of food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
• Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts
• Strong knowledge of sugar, syrup, nut fillings, semolina, and dairy confections
• Good understanding of food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
