Chef de Partie - Oriental Pastry

SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team, specializing in Middle Eastern sweets and desserts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pastry production, a deep understanding of Arabic confectionery, and a strong focus on creating high-quality, delicious dishes. The role requires maintaining consistency, strict hygiene, and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, preferably in a Middle Eastern or high-end Arabic concept.
• Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts and sweets.
• Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work, nut fillings, semolina-based pastries, and dairy-based confections.
• Culinary diploma or relevant pastry certification is preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders during high-volume periods.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
