Job Description
SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team. This role involves producing traditional and modern Middle Eastern sweets and desserts, focusing on high-quality pastries, attention to detail, and classic Arabic confectionery techniques. The ideal candidate will contribute to menu development, training junior staff, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
- Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts and sweets.
- Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work, nut fillings, semolina-based pastries, and dairy-based confections.
- Culinary diploma or relevant pastry certification preferred.
