Usher

SIHAMCO is seeking a front-line Usher to welcome guests, assist with seating and directions, and ensure a positive visitor experience. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining safety and order, and contributing to a welcoming environment at The Groves. They will also manage queues and assist with event control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or events experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken command of both English and Arabic
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules
