SIHAMCO is seeking a seasonal Usher to welcome guests, assist with seating and directions, and maintain a smooth visitor experience at The Groves. The role involves customer service, maintaining order, and contributing to a positive environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Saudi Nationals only
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
