Job Description
Sila is a next-generation battery materials company focused on innovating the lithium-ion battery to reduce energy density and improve performance. They are seeking a Senior Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor, driving EHS&S strategies and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves technical support, policy development, audits, training, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing space.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Strong documentation skills
- Passion for environmental sustainability.
