Job Description

They are seeking a Sr. Manager of People Operations to oversee the daily functions of the People Operations Team, ensuring compliance, handling employee needs, and driving operational excellence. This role is critical for managing benefits, leaves, immigration, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Create, plan, and implement the People Operations strategy.
- Manage employee benefits, leave, workers' compensation, and US immigration programs.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance programs.
- Handle initial employment-related inquiries.
- Hire, coach, and support talent through feedback and coaching.
- Knowledge and skill in federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Strong management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex programs.
