Job Description
Ainsley Heating & Cooling, serving Northeastern Ohio for over 44 years, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate and schedule field service technicians. The role involves daily scheduling, direct customer interaction, answering calls, and ensuring company revenue goals are met while providing exceptional customer service. Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of customer service experience
