As Head of Sales for Spain, you will spearhead Silae's commercial acceleration, designing and executing a commercial strategy for new business acquisition, building and leading a sales team, and working with existing teams to boost business.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Leadership: 6+ years leading high-performing B2B sales teams, with at least 4 years in SaaS or tech scale-ups.
- Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to build, grow and inspire a team focused on new logo acquisition, with a track record of overachievement.
- Recruitment & Team Building: Proven success recruiting and developing top sales talent; experience in building teams from the ground up is a must.
- Sales Enablement Mindset: Ability to create scalable onboarding, training, and coaching programs that boost team performance.
- Execution-Oriented: Hands-on leader who thrives on the field, with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Process & Data Driven: Comfortable using and building CRM data, metrics, and feedback to iterate and improve sales motions.
- Strategic Collaborator: Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Consulting teams to align GTM strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a changing product environment, adapting messaging and strategy as new capabilities are released.
- Fintech/Payroll Experience: Knowledge of payroll software or experience selling into advisory/accounting firms is a strong plus.
- Availability to be present in both our offices (Reus & Sabadell)
- Languages: Spanish native, fluent in English; French is a plus.
