Silae is seeking a Head of Sales for Spain to spearhead its commercial acceleration following the acquisition of two companies. This role involves designing and executing a new business acquisition strategy, building a high-performing team, and optimizing the sales funnel. The company also focuses on advisory firms and payroll services.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Leadership: 6+ years leading high-performing B2B sales teams
- Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to build, grow and inspire a team focused on new logo acquisition
- Recruitment & Team Building: Proven success recruiting and developing top sales talent
- Sales Enablement Mindset: Ability to create scalable onboarding, training, and coaching programs
- Execution-Oriented: Hands-on leader who thrives on the field, with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal-closing capabilities
- Process & Data Driven: Comfortable using and building CRM data, metrics, and feedback to iterate and improve sales motions
- Strategic Collaborator: Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Consulting teams
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a changing product environment
- Fintech/Payroll Experience: Knowledge of payroll software or experience selling into advisory/accounting firms is a strong plus
- Availability to be present in both our offices (Reus & Sabadell)
