Job Description
Silicon Labs is looking for a Device Engineer - Foundry to join their team. The successful candidate will have opportunities to build hands-on experience on advanced wafer fab process nodes and gain deep professional skill-set of using sophisticated industrial software and hardware to develop and characterize semiconductor devices.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in EE, Physics, Material Science or related
- Deep understanding of solid-state physics and semiconductor device physics
- Strong knowledge of statistics, including probability theory, sampling, confidence intervals
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work multi-tasks mode
