Job Description
Silicon Labs is a leading innovator in low-power wireless connectivity. The company is seeking a Product Test Engineer to join its Test Engineering team, which helps launch and scale wireless IoT products into high-volume production.
Requirements
- Assist in developing and debugging test programs on ATE platforms for new silicon products
- Work with senior engineers to design load boards and interface hardware for production testing
- Participate in silicon bring-up, validation, and test debugging
- Analyze test data and assist in identifying outliers or issues during NPI and production ramp
- Help maintain test documentation and automation scripts
- Learn to work with cross-functional teams in design, product, and operations
