Senior/Staff Test Engineer

Senior/Staff Test Engineer position at Silicon Labs in Singapore. Develop and deploy production test solutions for RF/analog/mixed-signal SoCs and lead test program development and optimization.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of ATE development experience
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor test flows
• Proficiency in writing embedded test firmware
• Experience with ATE platforms and RF, analog, and/or mixed-signal measurements
