Job Description
SilverEdge is seeking a System Administrator to join a mission-focused team responsible for maintaining operational systems and security within the DOD and Intel Communities. This role involves testing, system administration, security management, and troubleshooting to ensure continued system stability and reliability.
Requirements
- Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly
- Active DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 15 years’ experience as a System Administrator
- Experience with Windows Sever Administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Familiarity with Linux Server Administration
- VMware/ESXi
- VMware vCenter
- Networking Switching and Router Management
- VMWare Virtual Networking
- Storage Management (NetApp)
- Hardware and Operating System troubleshooting
- System hardening
- Security Compliance Scanning (Nessus, ACAS)
- Understanding of project design within the scope of security (RMF) requirements
