SimpliSafe is seeking a Vice President of Customer Acquisition to lead the acquisition vision, build scalable demand-generation engines, and deliver significant new customer growth. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership experience in digital customer acquisition, with direct ownership and optimization of large-scale budgets across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in digital customer acquisition
- Direct ownership and optimization of large-scale budgets of $50MM+ annually across multiple channels
- Deep experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, and sophisticated measurement techniques (MMM, MTA) and attribution models
- Rigorous creative testing methodology and ability to partner with in-house creative teams
- Confidence in communicating across the organization, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and presenting to Executive Leadership
- Ability to operate at both strategic depth and execution detail
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- A consumer-first mindset with strong intuition for user behavior, cultural trends, and audience insights
