Director - Sales

Simplotel is a SaaS company focused on helping hotels in India grow their direct business through e-commerce. They are seeking a Director of Sales to lead and manage sales efforts, develop strategies, and build strong client relationships. The company was recently recognized as a startup in travel & hospitality.

Requirements

• 10-12 years in sales (consultative preferred)
• Graduate degree in Engineering
• MBA a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on approach
• Solid analytic skills and knowledge of Excel
• Proven ability to design and implement processes
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel
• Prior leadership and team management experience
