Requirements

• Completed degree in a field of natural science or engineering (pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, food technology, biotechnology, or process technology preferred)
• At least 5 years of professional experience with managerial responsibility in a pharmaceutical-technical production environment
• Knowledge of Lean Management/Six Sigma and aseptic production
• Project experience is desirable
• Organisational talent, team ability, communication skills and determination
• Very good German and English language skills in written and spoken form
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
