Requirements

• Education and several years of work experience in a manufacturing company (ideally in a pharmaceutical)
• First experience in leading employees
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible work performance
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
• Team building and onboarding skills
