Job Description
The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is seeking a Manager, Medical Affairs to support the Head and Deputy Head of Medical Affairs in managing medicolegal disputes and complaints, facilitating family conferences, and organizing educational activities on medical law, ethics, and dispute resolution.
Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Min. 6 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or social service-related industry
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Emotionally resilient and empathetic with ability to handle high-stress interactions
- Independent worker with initiative to complete assigned tasks and projects
- Team player, self-driven with passion for learning and receptive to feedback
