Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Centralised Institutional Review Board

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to review and manage all IRB submissions for SingHealth Institutions. This role involves secretariat support to the IRB Secretariat Office, providing training and supervision of IRB associates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires a meticulous and organised individual with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical-related fields or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
• Previous working experience in research environment or healthcare-related industry is preferred
• Strong teamwork orientation and possess good interpersonal skill
• Meticulous and organised individual with ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English
